I have stage 4 liver cancer and Hep C I was diagnosed in March 2010 the tumor was 10.8 cm by 8.4cm, since then with my nexavar treatment it has shrunk to 8.5cm x 6cm , my AFP count upon diagnosis was 1880 and now for last 7 mos. is between 15 and 19 .. st

Happy New Beginning, of course we do get one of those every day. Call me an inch worm, I am inching forward to a better me everyday, it's that boot hovering over me that I gotta outrun! I'm a worm damn it, I'm crawling as fast as I can!

Tony, where are a you? get on your new thread! It is all clean and ready for some good venting! It won't work if you don't bless it with your presence! Are you recovering from a canoli New Years overdose. I want one or two of those right now. Diet starts on day after New Years day. After a big steak dinner last night I had quite the bout with the side issue so I am now convinced it is from too much body fat displacing everything, now why it isn't doing anything to the other side I don't know. Well scan in a couple a weeks will show what's up. I am sure it will be nothing that loosing 50 pounds could cure, so that will be my goal by my summer birthday. Kinda like Aunt Bee goes to the Mayberry Fat farm and tightens up all the loose ends! I may even buy a new hat!

happy new year everyone! yeah, im still here..... the nodes in my neck hurt and it makes it hard to sleep, so ive been sleeping later because of it.

my wish for the new year is to get into "remission" and stay there for a reasonable amount of time. whats that? i dunno..... maybe a year or two.

right now, i feel like theres not much to live for, and i know what you are gonna say but thats how i feel.

well, thanks Kathy for setting up the 6th installment of Tmans adult-rated multi-purpose thread!

A few days on my new diet and I will be ranting all over the place. If memory serves me right Tony it was a discussion between you and me, I being on a diet at the time, that started this whole venting thread going. It had turn into quite a silly argument when it dawn on me that it was quite refreshing and maybe we needed a place where we could carry on a good rant, so TMAN 's first Adult rated thread was born. Now with me getting ready to hit the diet bricks again who knows what fire works may occur. WARNING! WARNING! Posts starting on Tues may shows signs of unprovoked rage because of sugar withdrawal! OKay, you all have been warned, lol. Once I get a few weeks in it gets pretty ugly, (and sometimes pretty damn funny too)
Anyone want to join me? Just holler! Goal is 50 by my B Day on July 5th. Annoucing this is holding me accountable.
